Customer Care
At Landpower we take customer care seriously. It’s a part of our Promise, and we intend to keep it. We know that farmers and contractors need their machinery to be reliable and, if there is a breakdown that it needs to be fixed with the minimum of downtime. Our nationwide warranty, service, and parts systems are designed to deliver customer care that is second to none.
Warranty System
All new machinery from Landpower comes with a warranty for parts and service. The terms and conditions of warranty are fully explained at the time of purchase.
Service Support 
Landpower’s technical service people are highly trained, both in New Zealand & Europe. Our Technical Service Training program covers our full range of products and includes courses in electrics and hydraulics, electronics and the computer technology associated with most modern farm equipment.
The service staff that are located in retail dealerships are supported by access to the Landpower Technical Support Specialist Helpdesk and sophisticated online resources which assist them in finding timely resolutions to technical issues.
Our service staff can be often found working around the clock, in the field, to keep our farmers and contractors operating at full capacity.
Parts Support
Landpower carries over 40,000 individual line items across its Australia and New Zealand parts distribution centres. CLAAS Harvest Centres, Landpower Centres and dealers connected to the parts database can check prices & availability, and place orders, in real time.
The parts department is electronically linked with courier companies so that parts can be dispatched promptly and tracked via a bar code. In most cases parts can be transferred anywhere in the country within 24 hours. In urgent cases a part can often be delivered to a machine on the same day it is ordered.
Landpower operates a 24 hour parts hotline service during the harvest season.
